In a society constantly telling me that "its not what's on the outside that matters, but what's on the insider," I am constantly being ridiculed because my skin has slightly differnet pigments in it then the "white" man. The reality of the situation is that I am worth just as much, if not more so than these supposed friends calling me "brown boy." But, in order to rise above these stereotypical racist remarks, I will refrain from making any harsh reply to my comrades. |
